The 5-inch one-piece yellow brass #43 bell uses a Mount Vernon weight profile and side-seam construction to produce a broad sound while retaining the brilliance associated with this bell taper. A round steel wire bead further supports the bell's response, giving you a focused sound that projects confidently. A redesigned two-piece valve block was developed after Bach examined some of its most respected historical instruments, refining the weight, materials, and construction for improved performance.
