What is an ex-demo product?
Ex demo products have been on display in one of our showrooms so have been lightly used for a short amount of time. Because of this, ex demo products may be missing the original box or packaging.
What is the condition of your nearly new and ex-demo items?
These products may have light signs of use or slight cosmetic marks. Each item is checked and thoroughly tested by our technicians to ensure it meets our high standards and is fully functional.
Do your clearance deals come with a warranty?
All nearly new and ex-demo products come with a 1-year warranty as standard. Some clearance deals on brand-new products will come with longer warranties available, even if the item is discontinued. Check individual product descriptions for further details on this.
