We will only issue a new product or refund if the supplier confirms that your product has not been activated. At the same time, we will ask them to invalidate it so that it cannot be used in the future.

The Zynaptiq Unfilter is a frequency linearisation tool that removes filtering effects in real-time. By automatically detecting and compensating for any frequency response anomalies Unfilter can transform unusable musical, location, dialogue and surveillance recordings into clear and vibrant audio.
Unchirp identifies the causes of artefacts and applies proprietary processing to make noise, chirping, etc disappear. By utilising two individual, yet simultaneously available algorithms Unchirp effectively offers musical noise reduction and de-chirping.
