Key Features

You'll find the SA-67 sounds great on anything. It's tuned to create a warm, full and rich vintage sound. There's also a slightly forward mid-range and amazing texture and character throughout the mids that makes it popular for intimate vocal performances.
Experience vintage, professional sound at a fraction of the price. The original became famous among most studio engineers thanks to its response. It captures everything in full from the deep lows, mids and smooth highs.
You'll be able to record in a range of different ways. There's three polar patterns including omnidirectional, cardoid and figure 8. This gives it the ability to be used as a directional close mic, or an overhead, capturing sound from all around.
One thing you'll notice is how close the sound is to the original. But if you've never set hands on the original you'll instantly hear its unique character and how full sounding and clear it is.
You'll also find switches for removing low-end hum. Flicking this switch activates the low cut filter to remove low rumble that you don't want to capture on recordings (eg. air conditioning hum). There's also a -10dB pad switch for recording high output instruments.
The SA-67 stops noise from vibrations and handling the microphone, thanks to its included shock mount that keeps your recordings clean. You'll also get a stylish wooden box and flight case to keep it protected during transport and storage.
You can be confident that the SA-67 will last. One of the main reasons that the original was such a favourite was because of its reliability. It'll never give out. Stam Audio even make sure their clone has the same durability, as well as sound, character, and look.
An exact reproduction of the vintage 1979 microphone. A microphone considered by engineers as the finest sounding ever made. Everything has been recreated from the distinctive character, components, features, look, and sound.
Every last detail went into making this, giving you for the first time a price that makes it affordable to anyone.
No compromise has been made in parts. Although this is much cheaper than the original, it still sounds the same. How is that possible? Stam Audio work on small margins to make professional gear affordable to anyone, so everyone who has a passion for it can afford it. Every component of every unit is premium quality and carefully selected to ensure their units match or even surpass the quality of high-end gear.
