Key Features
Product Ref: 123661
The Synapse provides multiple ways to process and blend between input signals and sound sources. The flexible module is comprised of four crossfading circuits which are then fed to a sequential switch. You can do everything from fade, blend, mix and route signals, opening up a world of possibilities for in-depth sound design.
The versatile design enables you to rotate the switch outputs. This gives you the ability to create unique spatialisations of sounds. The outputs can be switched to the left, right or randomised providing flexible options for effect chains, filters or other external mixers.
The Crossfade positions can be saved, with the module providing up to eight memory locations providing easy recall. This makes it ideal for live performances as well as studio use, allowing you to save and load settings at the touch of a button.
The control panel features precision potentiometers providing optimal control for your parameters. The simple yet ergonomic design provides dynamic routing and mixing capabilities, ideal for turning standard waveforms into unique and moving soundscapes.
The sleek black faceplate features multiple patch points designed to optimise your connectivity. Each input has its own corresponding LED light, which vary in colour and provide indication of when your input signal is in use. It features a wide range of connections including DC couple inputs that work for both audio and CV signals.
The versatile patch points allows the module to process sounds from external gear such as other module or synths. Also included is a configurable +5V DC offset is normalled to each B input. This gives it the ability to act as a four step sequencer or an eight-stage voltage source.
