Control your Eurorack with MIDI using this simple and streamlined interface. The Polyend POLY 2 is a polyphonic CV to MIDI converter that allows you to use your MIDI control unit to change parameters and play your modular synthesizer. A fully upgraded version of its predecessor, the POLY 2 comes with incredible features that help it stand shoulders above its older brother.



Starting with the most immediate, the OLED screen on the front panel allows you to access and set parameters easily via the responsive dial. There are now 12 total configurable outputs as well as four outputs for both pitch and gate.



Daisy Chaining units is an integral part of controlling synthesizers during performances. Thankfully, the Smart Thru function allows you to use your now MIDI capable Eurorack synthesizer with your other gear. Make connectivity problems a thing of the past. Install the POLY 2 and get back to the business of playing.

Compatible with your current setup

A huge range of customisable parameters are available in the Poly 2 to ensure connectivity to all MIDI devices. Poly 2 also allows for connection to MPE devices. As for analog compatability, various standards for pitch and gate ensure connection with Eurorack modules, Buchla and every other CV operated instrument.

A range of modes

Four different modes utilise different features of the Poly 2. Channel mode allows you to choose which MIDI channel is responsible for which voice. This mode provides a simple way to connect DAW’s or external sequencers. First and Next modes can be used to build unique polyphonic synthesisers. Note mode translates MIDI information into corresponding voices in your modular system. This feature is excellent for triggering drums from external drum triggers and pads.

The interface

USB connectivity located on the front of the Poly 2 makes connection to a smartphone or computer easy. Located next to the USB input is a host input to introduce a MIDI controller into your Euroack setup. Any other devices can be connected via the MIDI jack port. Above this, a range of analog outputs are located to connect multiple modules. The parameters of the Poly 2 can be adjusted, saved and recalled using the intuitive menu layout located on the Poly 2’s OLED display.
