The Doepfer A-190-5 Poly. MIDI/USB-to-CV/Gate is a 4 voice MIDI/USB-to-CV/Gate interface that allows you to control the CV outputs with MIDI actions including velocity, volume, modulation, pitch bend, aftertouch, and more. This allows you to integrate your MIDI controllers. Each of the voices features a pitch control voltage output, a gate output, and 2 additional control voltages (CV2, CV3). The 2 additional CV outputs can be controlled by MIDI actions. The new redesign comes equipped with an LCD display, which provides you with selected channels and modes.



Additionally, updates can be made with the integrated USB socket. The Doepfer A-190-5 is ideal for integrating your DAW or MIDI-equipped devices with your modular rig.

Seamless Midi Control

Take control of your modular synth with your Midi devices. The A-190-5 allows you to input midi data into your rig. Using the four gate outputs you can control envelopes, VCOs, and filters with the different parameters of your midi instrument or device. The A-190-5 features a four-voice interface which allows you to control pitch and gate. It also comes with additional control voltages allowing you to control whatever parameter you want.

The voice modes are; monophonic, this controls four monophonic voices across four succeeding Midi channels. Two voice polyphonic, which allows you to control two monophonic voices with one MIDI channel. And finally, a four-voice polyphonic, which allows you to control four mono voices with a single MIDI source. This wide variety of different controls for your synthesizer offers a performative edge on stage and in the studio.

The switches on the front panel help you select the mode you want and it's all shown on the handy LCD screen - providing all the information you might need. It's clear and concise and offers full control.
