Go further than a valve amp lets you. The Radial Workhorse Space Heater 500 Series Tube Distortion gives you total control over that classic valve sound. First, choose what voltage you want the unit to operate at- 35V, 70V, or 140V. Then set where the EQ filters apply in the circuit- pre or post distortion, or EQ Off entirely. From here you have full command over Hi-Cut and Low-Cut filters along with independent level and drive knobs meaning you can tailor the distortion to suit your purpose.
Take your rack up a notch with this deluxe distortion module. A gold-plated 15-pin card edge with a double-sided design ensures the best connection at all times, while the integrated full ground plane guarantees lowest possible noise. A nice touch from Radial is the transformer-coupled output which compliments the tube design for authentic vintage tone. This, along with the incredibly robust construction, means this is a dependable unit that arms you with all the rich, valve-tinted distortion options you could ask for.
