Continuously Variable Polar Pattern Control

The Manley Reference Gold Multi-Pattern Microphone is equipped with a continuously variable polar pattern control to allow you to switch between Omni, Cardioid, and Figure 8 positions which greatly increases the versatility of the Reference Gold Microphone. The frequency response of 10Hz-30KHz gives the Reference Gold Microphone access to even the most subtle nuances of audio which most other microphones would be unable to detect.

Superb Construction

The Reference Gold Microphone boasts a classical, professional design which interprets superb construction thanks to the milled solid brass capsule rings and back-plates paired with an open weave stainless-steel capsule grille, all built around a dual-triode 12AT7 tube mounted in a ceramic socket. The microphone body is machined from brass providing excellent shielding properties, polished to a high lustre, then plated with 24 karat gold for an impressive finish.

All Of The Accessories You Need

The Manley Reference Cardioid Microphone comes with its own power supply and an included XLR cable allows you to plug the Reference Cardioid straight into your PSU. An microphone cable is still required to plug the Reference Cardioid in to an analogue input of some sort. The included cover for the microphone capsule allows you to prevent damage from dust or other substances. A mounting device is also included to allow you to attach the Manley Reference Cardioid Microphone onto a mic stand of your choice to provide more flexibility and movement.
