Key Features
The Verbos Electronics Multi-Delay Processor is a creative and experimental delay unit with a huge range of functionality for your modular Eurorack. With eight taps of delay, you have complete control over the rhythm and feel of your delay signals, with individual outputs as well as summed outputs to integrate seamlessly with your existing modules. Featuring a unique input mixer, the Multi-Delay Processor can transform your sound into a crisp and professional tone, full of distinctive analog flavour that will sit perfectly within your mix. The input mixer channels can be used to create different effects when not patched in, where channel two creates a +1 octave tracked pitch effect and channel 3 delivers a lush reverb.
Designed to be a part of your arrangement, the Multi-Delay Processor can't be thought of as a simple delay unit to add depth and atmosphere, instead, you should be encouraged to experiment with new rhythms to give your music a unique sonic signature. The eight lines of delay are wired together in series to create a sound that harkens to the classic bucket-brigade design of years gone by. Each delay tap is controllable manually or via the CV input with bipolar attenuators to fine-tune the exact volume and repeat time of your tap. Perfect for the live and studio musician, it's never been this fun and easy to control your delay taps and experiment with your sound.

Typically, time-based effects such as delay and reverb are processed after the mixdown stage of your recording to give you greater control over the parameters to mix in with your track. However, with the Multi-Delay Processor, you can use delay effects as an integral part of the song, becoming part of the structure and rhythm of your beat or melody instead of an after-thought as a way to add depth or atmosphere.
A bank of eight delays are chained in series and voltage-controlled from 10ms to 150ms to give you a huge array of flexibility with you construct your rhythms, where each delay bank has a corresponding output or can be summed through the main outputs. Not only that, but each delay line input has an envelope follower output to integrate with other modules within your Eurorack to create interesting warping effects.
In addition to the manual mix output, there are four extra audio outputs to experiment with. Two of these outputs emit signals from summing up all the even and odd taps within your signal path while the other two provide preset mixes with increasing or decreasing levels. These can be used to quickly create special glitching effects through rhythmic clusters of control voltages.
Before your signal hits the delay lines, it is fed through the three-channel mixer to add the signature analog warmth and character to your tone. Without patching the inputs to the three channels of the mixer, you can use channels two and three to add additional effects to your sound. On channel two, a tracked and calibrated pitch shifter of +1 octave is mixed into your signal and on channel three a reverb is mixed in. This is perfect for creating atmospheric shimmer echo with a beautiful and haunting upper harmony.
Driving the feedback values of your Multi-Delay will make the module self-oscillate, where no two times you perform are the same, creating some truly unique delay sounds that can help trigger inspiration for your mix.
