Integrated Practice Features With Wireless Connectivity

Roland's HP601 extends the capabilities of the modern digital piano with its plethora of in-built features for enjoyable and reliable practice, as well as its ability to wirelessly connect to smartphones and tablets via Bluetooth technology. The HP601 is equipped with over 250 ready-to-play songs, including everything from traditional pieces, to classical treasures by some of the greatest composers of our time. The piano also features an on-board metronome for developing the perfect timing of your sound, and an incredibly useful built-in recording function for tracking your progress or sharing your creations with others. Recordings can be easily saved to a USB flash drive, allowing for as many recordings as you wish dependent on the space of your USB device. The HP601 also allows you to switch over to Twin Piano mode, granting access to a side-by-side keyboard configuration for playing with teachers or friends on two separate 44-note pianos that each feature their own middle C.

For ever more versatility, the Roland HP601 can be connected to your smartphone or tablet wirelessly via Bluetooth. This opens up a whole new world of enjoyment and learning enhancement, with the ability to play along with some of your favourite songs through the piano's speakers or headphones, or even hook the piano up to Roland's Piano Partner 2 app to enhance a variety of the piano's features. Equipped with an on-board Piano Designer function, the HP601 allows you to completely customize your grand piano sounds through the adjustment of a variety of tonal elements and parameters. These include the string resonance, pedal-based resonance characteristics, and many more. Each note can even be find-tuned with separately adjustable tuning, volume, and tonal character for all 88 keys. Customization can also be done through the free Piano Designer application, which can be connected to via Bluetooth, to make tonal customization even quicker and easier. The HP601 also features a wide array of E-piano, string, woodwind, and organ sounds, alongside many more. You can layer and play a combination of two tones, or even split the keyboard to provide different tones with each of your hands. Your favourite combinations can easily be saved and recalled in one of the 25 built-in registrations, as well as the ability to access and even great selection of sounds through the Piano Partner 2 app.
