Detailed tonewheel models with instant access
The Crumar Mojo 61 is centred around the GSi VB3-II sound engine, the same powerful modelling platform found in the dual-manual Mojo. This engine simulates the behaviour of real tonewheel organs with remarkable detail, capturing everything from key click and leakage to foldback and harmonic balance.
You get access to 22 vintage tonewheel models, each of which can be adjusted to suit your playing style or performance needs. Every function is available directly on the front panel using physical drawbars, buttons and knobs. The layout is simple and intuitive, so you can shape sounds without ever taking your eyes off the keyboard.
Extensive organ and keyboard sound set
Alongside the tonewheel engines, Mojo 61 includes other essential organ types. There’s a fully modelled Baroque-style pipe organ with 8 stops, mixture, couplers and tremulant. This pipe organ offers full polyphony and real-time response, with no sampling involved. The result is a rich, expressive sound suitable for classical or layered modern textures.
Also onboard are two transistor organ emulations: the Compact DeLuxe and Red Tolex Continental. Both deliver the familiar, punchy sound that shaped rock and pop in the 60s and 70s. These additions make Mojo 61 more than a one-trick pony, covering a wide spectrum of classic tones. If you need keys beyond organ, Mojo 61 also includes detailed electric piano models (Tine, Reed and Clavinet) and a hybrid modelled/sampled acoustic piano. Every electric piano model responds with authentic detail, including mechanical noises, dynamic response and realistic pedal behaviour.
Wireless editing with full control
One of the most useful features of Mojo 61 is its built-in wireless editing. Connect your smartphone, tablet or laptop directly to the instrument and launch the editor via any web browser. The editor lets you access advanced sound parameters, adjust drawbar behaviour, tweak effects and store user presets. No cables or apps are required. This is ideal for rehearsals, soundchecks or studio sessions where quick changes and deep control are needed. The interface mirrors the simple, logical layout of the hardware, so it’s easy to get started and stay focused on your music.
Customisable effects for every sound
Mojo 61 includes a wide range of effects tailored for its organ and keyboard voices. For organ tones, you get a detailed rotary speaker simulation based on classic 122 and 147 amps, along with a tube-style overdrive that adds warmth and grit. These two elements work together to deliver the depth and motion essential to a proper organ sound.
Electric piano players can rely on built-in stereo phasers and choruses to add movement and texture. Each effect is designed to match the tone and behaviour of the instrument it complements. There are static amp models for transistor organs, allowing those tones to cut through a mix with vintage character. Reverb options are also included and can be dialled in to add space and realism to any patch. All effects are modelled after classic gear and offer precise control from both the front panel and the Web App editor, allowing for fast setup and rich, custom sound design.
