There's the UA 1176, which gives you the same FET compressor-style that has been used to craft countless legendary guitar tones over the years. The Teletronix LA-2A has a softer, warmer dynamic, and can be fine-tuned using the Ratio dial, giving you a much smoother compression type. Then there's the Classic Dyna Comp, which is based around the lo-fi style of a legendary red box compressor.

But it only gets better. You can stack these legendary compressors together, with two dedicated footswitches turning each type on and off. All you need to do is assign each compression to a footswitch using the selector switches on each side. Then you can get the benefits of two compressors blended together to bring you a whole new universe of possibilities!
