The Fender Custom Shop Late '64 Stratocaster Relic is a modern-day recreation of Fender's golden age guitars. A '64 Stratocaster, designed with just like the classic model, can be yours in a brand-new style. This instrument has been crafted with all the high calibre convenience of modern Fender construction. Perform with character and vintage flair of three hand-wound Fat '64 relic pickups, but without the unwanted hum and noise of the older models.


Together with its set of vintage tuners and other classic hardware components, this Stratocaster offers the exact playing experience of the original, with plenty of sustain and character. Joined by a bone nut and round laminate rosewood fingerboard, the playability is supremely fluid and seamless, with every note ringing clear and true. Located in the middle position is a reverse-wound Fat '64, which boasts a winding that eliminates any unwanted hum. Explore pure and immaculate sonic greatness soaring from the speakers. What's more, there are volume and tone controls for shaping your sound, along with a 5-way switch so you can play with your desired pickups. The tonal possibilities are endless. Vintage feel

Pure '60s playability. Through the Custom Shop's incredible attention detail, this Stratocaster features a brand-new neck that's been designed with an ageing process in order to provide the same tactile response as a classic model from the golden era.

Thanks to this design, its riffs are smooth and fluid, whilst fretting on the fingerboard is clean and rapid. Complementing the design is a tinted nitrocellulose lacquer finish, which ensures that you'll be soloing at hyper speeds as you move from fret to fret with ease. And with a 9.5" radius and narrow tall frets to experiment with, you can explore string bends and wild lead runs. Express yourself with Fender finesse.
