The Maxon FWA10 Fuzz Elements Water Pedal expands on Maxon’s earth pedal, adding a parametric tone circuit with frequency and cut/boot controls to create a wide array of new and unique guitar tones. Delivers Incredible Big Muff Sounds

Taking the core elements of the FEA10 earth fuzz pedal, Maxon have tweaked the circuitry and added an extensive EQ with the parametric tone circuitry, creating a wide array of new and unique guitar tones. Featuring controls for boosting/cutting and frequency, the water pedal can boost or cut the selected frequency with pinpoint accuracy, allowing you to create an unlimited number of tonal options. Covering a massive frequency range, from punchy 100Hz to ear splitting 5kHz, the Fuzz pedal can recreate the entire range of big muff tones, from mid-heavy musical snarl and harmonically rich sustain, to super-compressed, scooped mid mayhem.

About Maxon

Maxon started out in Japan in 1965 under the name Nisshin Onpa, manufacturing guitar pickups before producing OEM products for other companies. Nisshin Onpa was responsible for designing and manufacturing many legendary pedals while working in partnership with Ibanez, including the TS-808/TS808 and TS9 tube screamers. Although many of the pedals Maxon created were released under the Ibanez name, Maxon was producing pedals under their own name, and in 2002 when the two companies parted way, Maxon began to push its name as a manufacturer of high-quality effects pedals. Today Maxon produce "hard-to-find" vintage type effects pedals, and are used by many artists such as Pearl Jam, Troy Van Leeuwen, Steve Stevens, Brad Whitford, and many more.
