The Keeley Muse Driver Andy Timmons Full Range Overdrive Pedal is a versatile gain powerhouse. It features Keeley's vaunted Blues Driver circuit with three controls, together with two switches for voicing Drive and Tone characteristics. The pedal is crafted with Andy Timmons's direction, offering a Germanium-based overdrive that boasts perfect compression and clean boost to square-wave fuzz. You can select between buffered bypass or true bypass operation at any time, and the pedal operates from 9V to 18V for added dynamics and headroom.
The Blues Driver circuit has been modded with decades of Keeley experience, while the germanium fuzz circuit offers a wide tonal range. The Tone switch allows you to choose between Andy's preferred voicing or a legendary Phat Boost in the low-end frequency response. The Drive switch toggles between asymmetrical silicon and dual germanium diodes for different clipping sounds. The Muse Driver is designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA by RKFX. It features a precise buffer for noise-free switching and can switch between buffered bypass and true bypass at the press of a footswitch.

One of the most unique features of the Muse Driver is the Tone switch. When in the AT position, this switch gives you Andy Timmons's preferred low-end voicing, making every note clear and articulate. If switched to the RK position, it offers a Phat Boost in the low-end frequency response for pushing vintage or single coil pickups.
Full range overdrive - germanium toggle switch
The Muse Driver's circuit combines JFET saturation, diode clipping, and op-amp clipping for its harmonically rich tone. The Drive switch allows you to choose between asymmetrical LED diode clipping (AT Clipping) or dual germanium diodes (RK Clipping). The latter can sound like a vintage fuzz pedal with a softer, smoother feel.
