It’s a tone that guitarists have been chasing for decades. There have been many K-style pedals over the years, each arguing that their circuitry is the most accurate. The Archer select puts an end to that debate by letting you be the judge! It has no less than seven clipping diode options to arrive at your ideal sound.
And that sound will be utterly authentic, as all but one of the clipping options (RED LEDs) use New Old Stock germanium diodes for one-to-one sonic recreation. The stock diode setting is OA10, with these further options: 1N270, 1N695, 1N34A, D9B, D9E, RED LEDs. You can select between the modes using the “clipping” dial and they’re ordered in level of output, with OA10 at the lowest volume, and RED LEDs at the highest.

Take that sought after sound straight to a mixing desk. With a built-in DI output and Speaker Simulation the Archer Select makes monitoring and recording that legendary tone a breeze.
