The G5220 doesn't hold back. With Broad'Tron humbuckers, this Gretsch wields enormous overdrive potential while maintaining tight definition for glassy, smooth clean tones. Featuring higher-output pickups, it can roar out hard rock crunch with ease, as each note is delivered with a warm, forceful push.
In the neck position, the pickup oozes with rich, fat tones that give plenty of body to your playing. Switch onto the bridge humbucker for a sharper cut, with a clearly defined high end that'll easily be heard through a mix. With a 3-position toggle switch, there's a huge variety of sounds possible with these pickups. Controlled by a master tone and master volume with treble bleed circuit, you'll still get plenty of bite even at lower volumes.
Chambered mahogany Jet body
