No guitarist wants to be limited. And some guitarists crave sensational scope to be as unique as they like. If this is you, or if you're just after a little more freedom to find your perfect sound, the innovative craftmanship of Godin sure does deliver. The LGXT is a fantastic machine that covers all bases - turn the electric volume down and the transducer saddles' volume up, and you'll have an authentic-sounding acoustic guitar. An onboard preamp with 3-way EQ then enables you to shape and enhance your sound, whilst two inputs allow both electric and acoustic voices to be blended.

As well as acoustic voicings, the LGXT also features synth capability. The 13-pin connector provides direct access to all Roland GR series synths as well as most other 13-pin devices, granting you the chance to achieve some truly distinctive sounds. It'll feel like a completely different instrument. Two mini toggle switches then allow you to alternate between the various voicings quickly and easily, for an effortless performance that is as thrilling to play as it is to listen to.

Send your chords cascading from the speakers in sparkling, crystal-clear fashion. That's exactly what the dazzling design of Seymour Duncan pickups allow for. There are two humbuckers loaded on this Godin gem - a Jazz at the neck and Custom Custom at the bridge. The Jazz model delivers a tight, articulate bass and sublime, clear highs that pierce with extra emphasis. Scooped mids then allow for high gain levels and speedy playing. The Custom Custom adds some warmth and richness to those midrange harmonics, granting you a full-bodied, growly tone. Its trebles are sweet and clear, though, for beautiful sonic balance.

Taking the possibilities of this exquisite beast of a guitar even further is a handy coil-split feature. Achieve scrumptious single-coil sounds at the flick of a switch. The 5-way pickup selector enables stress-free voice switching, so you can go from meaty humbucker sounds to glassy single-coil capabilities quickly and easily.

The LGXT features a mahogany neck for durability, stability, and rich tonal warmth. It's paired with a Richlite fingerboard for smooth and fluid playability that is simply addictive. Richlite is a sustainable material that was originally designed as an alternative to ebony and rosewood fingerboards. Constructed from recycled paper and phenolic resin, it has quickly become popular with many guitar manufacturers as an eco-friendly alternative to traditional fingerboard woods.
