V Series Body Shape

The VMNTs V-shaped basswood body provides a lightweight guitar that can be wielded all night long. This iconic body shape is ideal for soloists who require full access to the entire fingerboard. The overall design of the guitar depicts a Mustaine-inspired, killer metal appearance.

DMT Design Pickups

Loaded with two DMT Design humbucking pickups in the bridge and neck position, the Mustaine V delivers a powerful and punchy tone with plenty of bottom end and sparkling highs. Perfect for a range of playing styles and music genres, the DMT Designed humbuckers particularly excel when used for hard rock and screaming lead licks.

Custom Dave Mustaine D-Profile Neck

With a maple neck sculpted to Dave Mustaine's unique specification, the Dave Mustaine V guitar maintains the resonance and durability of thicker D shaped necks, but with a slightly thinner profile that offers smoother playability and easy access to the higher frets. Complete with a 25.5" scale rosewood fingerboard and custom Dave Mustaine pearl dot inlays, Mustaine himself raves that this may be his favourite neck ever.

String Thru Construction

The V Dave Mustaine incorporates a string-thru body construction to provide improved tonality and sustain by transferring vibrations and resonance from the string to the body as it goes over the tune-o-matic bridge and passes through the body.
