The Xotic Effects Bass BB Preamp Overdrive offers a wide range of sounds with its adjustable +-15dB 2-band active EQ for boost/cut options. The Bass BB Preamp's controls include Gain, Treble, Volume and Bass that provide you with good versatility to shape your ideal bass sound. There is also True Bypass which eliminates signal interference when the pedal is switched off, and therefore preserves your sound. The Gain control allows the Bass BB Preamp to quickly adjust from crystal cleans, to warm overdrive or hard distortion for a dynamic performance. The Bass BB Preamp also delivers an overall smooth tone, with good note separation that rings out, and good levels of compression for a pleasant sound.

Easily Dial In Your Ideal Bass Tone

The Bass BB Preamp provides you with many sonic possibilities, ranging from super clear and clean boost, to wild and hard overdriven distortion. This pedal offers great note separation , allowing you to hear each note ringing out individually. The 2-band overlapping EQ offers 15dB of Boost/Cut, dependent on what you need; for deep and accurate tonal shaping.

Xotic Effects was created in California back in 1996, where the one-man business produced high-quality bass guitars and preamps. 2 years later, Xotic Basses imagined the Robotalk 1 pedal; an ultra-boutique pedal created from scratch.
