The PRS SE Custom 24 7 String is a limited edition electric guitar from PRS which provides the iconic style and tone synonymous with PRS guitar but in a 7 string model. Constructed from a Mahogany body with spalted Maple top and set-in Maple neck the SE Custom 24 produces a full and responsive tone and quick playability. The SE Custom 24 7 string also features a 24 fret Rosewood fingerboard with classic "birds" inlays, PRS SE HFS and Vintage Bass humbuckers, fixed plate (string thru) bridge and nickel hardware.

Mahogany Body & Spalted Maple Top

Constructed from a Mahogany body the PRS SE LTD Custom 24 produces a warm, balanced and resonant tone whilst the spalted Maple top adds bite and clarity to the tone. Additionally the spalted Maple top not only sounds impressive but it also is incredibly attractive due to the unique pattern provided by the spalting process. The SE LTD Custom 24 also features a set-in Maple neck with "wide thin" profile to deliver a long sustain and effortless playability.

String-Thru Body

The PRS SE 24 Custom 7 String incorporates a string-thru body construction to provide improved tonality and sustain by transferring vibrations and resonance from the string to the body as it goes over the fixed plate style bridge and passes through the body.
