Clean & Crunch I Channels

Featured on main channel 1 are the clean and crunch I channels, with a 3-band EQ and independent volumes for excellent tone shaping. While both channels share the gain, the Crunch I also features an additional gain control for adding extra sonic breakup to deliver even more crunch. The sense switch sets the main channel's sensitivity to either low or high, while the bright switch adjusts the level of high end boost. Activating the preshape control will boost the amp’s bass and treble while cutting the mids, and deactivating the preshape will reduce the amount of bottom end while boosting the mids. Use the contour control to boost the upper mids and cut the lower mids, or keep it switched off for a boosted lower midsection.

Crunch II & Lead Channels

Main channel 2 features the crunch II and lead channels, with independent volume controls, 3-band EQ, and hi balance control offering excellent tone shaping capabilities. The lead channel is equipped with a boost switch and additional gain controls, allowing players to dial in extra distortion for a truly punchy tone. Its contour switch is ideal for boosting the upper mids and cutting the lower mids, or leaving it off will provide a boosted lower midsection. The addition of a rough/smooth switch provides two unique overdrive characteristics, with the rough setting emphasising the highs and lows while the smooth setting emphasises the mids and supresses the gritty upper frequencies.

Excellent Connectivity

The amp features a range of ins/outs for players to expand their performance, allowing the connection of footswitches or MIDI devices to remotely control the amp’s functions and enhance the overall performance. The stereo jack designed footswitch inputs can be used to connect footswitches to switch between the four channels, the presence controls, the two master controls, or the rough/smooth settings. The featured FX loops allow the connection of external stompboxes, with a balanced control to adjust the level the effects unit influences the amp. With choices between 4 ohm parallel, 8 ohm parallel, and 16 ohms power amp outputs, the amp head can seamless connection to a range of speaker cabinets.
