Key Features
Product Ref: 81074
The API TranZformer GT allows you to utilise the classic analog warmth that API is so famous for, with its traditional fully discrete API circuit design. The multifunctional guitar pedal features a wide range of useful functions and components such as the variable compressor with in/out switching. The TranZFormer GT features an API 525 feedback-type compressor, combining it with the guitar-optimised 3-band EQ for a varied range of tones. Also featured is input gain control with +30dB of gain, giving you all the control you need to cut through any performance or mix.
The select range of components the API TranZformer GT features gives you everything you need to sculpt and mould your sound. The combination of the APL 525 feedback-style compression circuit and inductor-based 3-band equalizer gives you enough control to create a range of tones. There are also individual foot switches allowing you to use footswitches for tone and compression for added control.
The road-worthy construction of the API TranZformer GT makes it perfect for live performances as well as studio use. The slanted layout places all major control on the top as well as CLIP LED indicators for input or output overloading. Additionally, the TranZformer GT includes an 18 volt external power supply designed to optimise performance.
