The DW 5000 Series Accelerator Extended Footboard Double Pedal is the epitome of reliability, durability and playability. With the AD4 Accelerator drive system, a shorter stroke length means you can harness the full power of your technique whilst retaining smooth and sensitive feedback from the Dual-Bearing Spring Rocker System - a feature that has made the 5000 Series so popular with many drummers. Made from aircraft-grade aluminium, this lightweight and durable pedal series has been tried and tested for nearly four decades. With heritage, innovative functions and modern sensibilities in mind, this is a pedal you know you can trust.

Tried and tested original 5000 Series design. Change isn't always necessary. However, DW have worked to modernise certain aspects of the 5000 pedal to meet the demands of today's drummers. They do this while retaining the base concepts that made their pedal an industry standard.
Featuring several patented innovations, the 5002AD4XF double pedal delivers the performance drummers expect from such a prominent brand. The Tri-Pivot toe clamp ensures the pedal stays connected no matter the hoop size or angle. This also features a convenient clip and includes a DW drum key. The patented Delta Ball-Bearing Hinge is made from state-of-the-art lightweight aluminium that incorporates ball bearings at both sides. There's also double ball bearing spring suspension that ensures smooth, stable, and responsive performance from the pedal.
The extended footboard offers a larger area to play on, affording heel/toe and swivel techniques a better surface to really show off in the speed department. With the Turbo-sprocket double chain drive, you can be assured the all your power is going to the beater, ensuring maximum tone and output from your bass drum.
